While we aim to deliver high-quality services, specific outcomes (such as exact lifespan extension, appearance changes, or performance levels) may vary based on roof condition, climate, prior maintenance, and other factors. Unless explicitly stated in a written warranty, we do not guarantee specific results.

6. Dealer and Partner Programs

If you engage with us as a dealer, partner, or similar business relationship, additional written agreements may apply. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed dealer or partner agreement, the specific signed agreement will control for that relationship.

7. SMS/Text Messaging

We may offer SMS/text messaging for:

Appointment reminders and updates
Lead follow‑up and service information
Dealer onboarding and support
Limited marketing or promotional messages (where permitted and with your consent)

Carriers are not responsible for messages.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
